We’ve just posted our latest recipe – Leek and Butter Bean Crumble – and on these stormy winter nights, it sure is a real warmer that all the family will love!
Created by one of our resident chefs, Pamela Higgins, this easy to prepare recipe uses two of our most popular Sheese products, Mature Cheddar Style and Original Creamy. And with just 10 minutes preparation time, after which you slam it in the oven for 45 minutes, the dish will not take you long to make – just exactly what a busy parent wants to hear!
Pamela has been one of our resident chefs for a considerable time, and has contributed so many of our favourite recipes. And she has been very busy recently, working alongside The Great British Bake Off winner Nadiya Hussain in her latest television programme, Nadiya’s Family Favourites. On the show, Pamela and Nadiya created some fantastic breakfast options. Over the years Pamela has devised a huge portfolio of delicious recipes – be sure to check them all out on her website. We are very lucky to have Pamela on board, with her high profile and commitment to devising tasty vegan recipes. But most of all, she has a huge talent for creating fantastic dishes that everyone can try out and enjoy, of course using our Sheese!
