GREEK SALAD

Take yourself back to the Greek Islands & enjoy this delicious, summery salad with Sheese Greek Style. Perfect for any vegan BBQ.

 

Ingredients

  • 100g Cherry Tomatoes
  • Half a Cucumber
  • 1/4 Red onion
  • 50g Kalamata Olives
  • 100g Sheese Greek Style
  • 1-2 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 Tsp Dried Oregano
  • Sea Salt to taste

Directions

  1. Roughly chop your cucumber into cubes, half the cherry tomatoes & thinly slice the red onion
  2. Add into a large bowl with the olives & diced Greek style Sheese
  3. Drizzle the Extra Virgin Olive Oil across the mix, top with the oregano & salt to taste before mixing thoroughly to serve.
