Firstly heat one tbsp of dairy-free spread in a medium heat pan, add in the red onion & as it starts to soften reduce the heat to low until it caramelises nicely.
Butter the sourdough, place two slices of Sheese Red Leicester Flavour Slices before generously layering the onion over the Sheese.
Pop it in a pre-heated sandwich / panini press & cook for approximately 3 to 4 minutes.
Enjoy when the outside is crispy & golden & the Sheese inside is deliciously gooey!
