SHEESY NACHOS

A fan favourite when it comes to a quick snack for entertaining guests. These Sheesy nachos will have your friends coming back for more!

 

Ingredients

  • 200g Corn Tortilla Chips
  • 50g Dairy-Free Spread
  • 50g Flour
  • 450ml Oat Milk
  • 300g Sheese Grated Cheddar & Mozzarella Flavour
  • Pinch of Salt
  • Pinch of Nutmeg
  • Sliced Chilli & Spring Onion to Garnish
 

Directions

  1. Heat the dairy-free spread in a saucepan on medium heat, before adding the flour & whisking for 1 minute to form a roux.

  2. Slowly add a little bit of oat milk at a time and mix until smooth. Once all the milk has been added, add a pinch of salt and nutmeg and take off the heat.

  3. Add in the grated Sheese & stir until fully melted.

  4. To serve generously pour over corn tortilla chips & garnish with thinly sliced chilli & spring onion
