CREAMY CHOCOLATE TRUFFLES

These delicious vegan chocolate truffles are the perfect little bite size treats!

Ingredients

  • 170g Sheese Original Spread
  • 303g Icing sugar
  • 230g Melted chocolate of your choice
  • 1 ¾ Tea spoons vanilla essence
  • Ground nuts, unsweetened cocoa or toasted coconut flake

Directions

  1. Allow your Sheese Original Spread to reach room temperature, before gradually add the icing sugar & beating until well blended.
  2. Add the melted chocolate & vanilla and mix well.
  3. Refrigerate for about 1hr.
  4. Now shape the mix into truffles (about 2.5cm balls) and coat in the nuts, cocoa or coconut. Chill well before serving & enjoy!
You can also try dipping them in molten chocolate, and allow to go hard for an extra special decadent treat!
